We want to reach our goal of having 2010 listeners, so please suggest to a podcast lovin' friend and spread the word. On our facebook page, in the upper left hand corner is a 'Suggest To A Friend' option which maybe an easy way to spread the word. You can check on Mel's workshops and upcoming events at her website breathinbreathout.net. In addition, Jerilyn mentions her recent interview on the Musing Mommies podcast and Amy intros our new segment 'Drink Of The Week' . Does reading put you in the mood? And RIP J.D. Salinger, if you haven't read his books, do yourself a huge favor and read the perfect balance of whimsy and darkness.
